We couldn't make the Enniskerry Festival such a wonderful success for both visitors and our charity partners without the amazing support of our sponsors.

Please give them as much support as they have given us!

Charity Partner: Purple House

Our main charity partner this year is Purple House, a Bray-based organisation that provides professional cancer support & psycho-cncology services to people affected by cancer.

Purple House was Ireland’s first community-based Cancer Support Centre, founded in 1990. It provides all of its services free of charge and caters for patients, survivors, carers, families, friends and healthcare workers. Purple house provides services to people of all ages, children and adults and helps over 1,100 families each year in Ireland. Purple House is registered with the Charities Regulatory Authority.

Enniskerry Festival is delighted to be able to support Purple House in the invaluable work they do.

Charity Partner: Open Door

Open Door was the festival's main charity beneficiary in 2017 and we were delighted to be able to make a substantial contribution to their fundraising efforts. We were so impressed by the work they do and the commitment of their volunteers and supporters that we hope to make a further, more modest, donation to them following this year's festival.

Open Door is a day centre in Bray that provides facilities and activities for adults with physical disabilities in North Wicklow and South County Dublin. It was founded in in 1984 and over the past 34 years their activities have developed and now include art, music, physiotherapy, woodwork, computers and ceramics. Members enjoy a new outlook on life and benefit from the many activities available. Open Door is proud to be able to assure those who support them that all funds raised go towards providing essential services for their members.  Open Door is registered with the Charities Regulatory Authority.

Enniskerry Joint Parishes

The Enniskerry Festival also contributes to the work of local parishes in Enniskerry in their efforts to support their work in Enniskery and the surrounding communities. The parishes work very closely together on a wide range of cross-community activities.
